TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED CONCRETE
To mitigate negative consequences such as thermal eracking, early drying, and the setting of concrete due to high heat of hydration during mass concreting pours, a solution exists. This solution entails selecting thermally controlled ingredients in carefully determined proportions that can keep both the temperature of the concrete and structure in check. The goal is to minimize the heat of hydration and lower the conecrete’s temperature during placement.
WATER RESISTANCE CONCRETE
Js specially designed to improve Pore Structure which minimizes the chances of leakage in concrete. New generation additives and water proofing agents are used to improve resistence against water in gress. These additives react with water and make micro crystal structures which prohibit further penetration of water.
ACID RESISTANCE CONCRETE
A robust and durable solution for the structures which have proximity to harsh acid ie environment. The ingredients and their proportions are carefully designed to achieve an increased resistence against deterioration caused by an acidic environment.
CORROSION RESISTANCE CONCRETE
A specially formulated to increase resistence o f concrete against corrosion initiation and propogation throughout life of the structure.
Jt is achieved by carefully selecting the ingredients and their proportions. Also new generation corrosin inhibitors are also used to restrict the initiation of corrosion in chloride laden environment.
WORKABILITY RETAINING CONCRETE
Js a unique product which is specifically designed to retain desired workability upto 6 hrs after addition of water without affecting any fresh or hardened properties of concrete. Jt is achieved by the use of new generation plasticizers and other additives of concrete. Special Feature: Delays hydration process Without affecting hardened concrete properties.
GR has fleet of Concrete Mixer Trucks to ensure quick and efficient delivery of concrete on time on spot of delivery. Our team will survey the worksite prior to supply to ensure smooth delivery.
GR has at its disposal Concrete Pumps Horizontal as well as Truck mounted , as per requirement at sites. We can pump vertical 75 meters and 100 mtrs horizontal in hard to reach areas as well.
